Hotel Accommodation Information
Hotel reservations can be made directly with the St. Bernardin Group for accommodations during the Adriatic Vascular Summit meeting.

Rates for room accommodations during the AVS meeting are based on per person per day:

Grand Hotel Bernardin (*****) 160, 00 Euros per night (single occupancy) and 92,50 Euros (double occupancy)

Hotel Histrion (****) 120,00 Euros (single occupancy) and 75,00 Euros (double occupancy)

Hotel Vile Park (***) 90,00 Euros (single occupancy) and 60,00 Euros (double occupancy)

Rates include bed and breakfast, tourist tax and VAT. Please inquire with Hotel Booking Office regarding available discounts for 3rd person in a double room based upon age. Additional items included are free entrance to the hotel swimming pool and Water Park Laguna Bernardin and the Casino Bernardin. Check in begins at 2:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am.

Rooms in the AVS/ISES block will be available for reservation on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hotel Booking Office can make arrangements for direct payments for accommodations by bank wire transfer.

Visa Information

All Adriatic Vascular Summit participants are strongly encouraged to review current passport and visa requirements regardless of country of travel origin. Information can be found on the web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia at

If you need a visa, you may request an invitation letter from ISES to apply. You must first register for the AVS meeting and then contact the ISES Office at admin@isesonline.org to request a letter of invitation.

Because applications for visas can be a lengthy process, it is recommended that you start your visa application process early.
